• Can I buy products from the online store without registering?


Yes, you can. When you proceed to the next step from your shopping cart you will be given the option to either login or continue without logging in. You can also register as you fill in your customer information. We stronlgy recommend you do this, because registering brings you many benefits. • Does the store have a "one-click shopping" feature that allows registered customers to complete purchases with just one click?

No, it does not. The nature of the payment methods we offer makes one-click payment impossible.The Happy Angler online store does not store any of personal payment information (credit card numbers etc) and so one-click purchases are not possible.


• Why is it that after I login there are products in my shopping cart that I haven't added?

If you are a member of the Happy Angler Club (a.k.a. registered customer), the items you placed in your shopping cart during previous visits remain in the cart until you purchase them or remove them from the cart. In other words, if you are logged in to the store and place items in your cart and log out, the items you placed in the cart will be waiting for you the next time you log in. So a registered customer may use the shopping cart as a sort of checklist.


• Why can't I submit product reviews anonymously without logging in?


The review service is a social effort and writing reviews may bring personal benefits to the customers who write them. Allocating these benefits to the right persons would be impossible if the reviewers were not registered users.


• How do I write a product review?

There are links and buttons titled "Write a Review" at the top and bottom of each product page that take you to the review form. If you are not logged in the system will ask you to login and then directs you to the review form.



• What are discount codes and how do they work?


Happy Angler uses discount codes for marketing purposes and to reward loyal customers. A discount code is a short sequence of letters or numbers that you activate by entering it into the field reserved for it in the shopping cart. A discount code may give you such benefits as free shipping for your order or a percentage discount. There are many kinds of discount codes. You must enter your discount code exactly as it has been given to you (case sensitive).


• How does a wish list work? I tried to add a product to my wish list but I was redirected to the login page.


The wish list actually exists on the customer's own pages, so in order to use it you must be a registered customer ( Happy Angler Club member). Once you have logged in and added an item to your wish list a wish list will appear in the wish list section of My Account. Joining the Happy Angler Club is free. • How can I add a product to product comparison and how do I access the product comparison?


To add a product to comparison, either check the "Add to Comparison" box in the product category view or click the "Add to Comparison" link on the product page.

There are several ways to access the product comparison:
* The product comparison button at the top of the product category page
* If you have chosen a product for comparison a product comparison link appears below it in the product category view
* When you add a product to comparison on the product page a pop-up window with a link will appear

You may compare up to four different products in the product comparison at any one time. To remove a product from comparison, either:

* Click on the red cross in the product's picture in the Product Comparison bar above the product category view
* Or use the "Remove from Comparison" link on the product comparison page

• What is the standard delivery time?


Items that are in stock at the time the order is placed are usually delivered within 3-5 business days.


• Where can I see the availability of a product?

The availability of a product can be seen on the produt page (green / red icons). If an item is a back order product, its delivery time is going to be slightly longer than that of in-stock items (3-5 business days). In these cases the estimated delivery time is shown on the product page. A back order product is an item that is not usually in stock but ordered by demand.


• Can my order be shipped to another address or to another recipient?

Yes, it can. The recipient of an order is selected during the Shipping Information stage (step 2/5) of the purchase process.When you tick the box saying "The recipient is different than the person who placed the order..." you may give another delivery address (e.g. your place of work) or add a completely different recipient.
